Can't wait to know who the leafs will draft with the 8th overall pick next year. Chances are he will be the #1, and they will think about trading up for him, but thank god he'll fall to their pick.

I'd take Reilly over that Ruskie you guys picked any (frank)ing day of the week.

Ruskies hate "Subbans" and Czechs.
Pleks and Subban hate each other.

Very big mistake picking that Red bastard. Enjoy your divided room and PK's trade demand Habtards.

At Red Line Report, we have a top threesome of Matt Dumba, Ryan Murray, and Morgan Rielly grouped closely together.

Dumba is dynamic with his fiery intensity and offensive skills. He loves to go looking for the huge blow-up hit in open ice, and usually finds it. The problem is that, at just 6-0, 175 pounds, we're not sure he can continue to play that style against 30 year-old men in the NHL 82 times a year without getting broken in half by midseason. If he learns to pick his spots a bit more judiciously, while at the same time continuing to excel at the offensive end, he'll be a major fan favorite and team sparkplug wherever he goes.

Murray is the most NHL-ready and the most complete blue-liner available. He plays like a 10-year NHL vet and is capable of stepping right into an NHL lineup and performing steadily for 18 to 20 minutes a night. Murray's chief assets are his tremendous natural hockey sense and understanding of game situations, combined with superb agility and the ability to make crisp outlet passes consistently on the tape.

While technically we have Rielly weighing in at No. 3 on our list, we have to hedge our bets here somewhat by saying that Red Line actually believes Rielly has the highest offensive upside of the bunch. If not for the early-November knee injury that cost him most of the season, we're confident he would have been our top rated defenseman, and perhaps as high as No. 2 overall on our draft board.

Once again , as i said be4, multiple analysts have said that the Habs have won this draft, not just my words, but the pros have spoken, and boy do I agree. Now first things first, the standouts in this years Habs combine were, Alexandre Avtsyn, remeber him? Bergevin stated that this kid has been in the farm 2 years, incredible talent, and has all the tools to be an elite player but needs to be ' coached '!!!. dont believe me? check him out on hockey's future.@ 6'3 thats not small. And then theirs Nattinen, first year in the AHL, was injured for the most part of the year, but finally introduced to the north american game , stood out as the class of the combine this year. Naatinen , was part of the finnish goal medal team and was voted, first all star centre in the tourney. Standing at 6'3 and is very capable as a #1 centre,( big centre) yet needs a lil more time to integrate in our game .This year, (the pros) say that he will explode in the AHL. My point is that although many posters here believe and say that the Habs are sub par in size,I add another 2 players that maybe you dont know of. Add Tinordi, Bealieu to that, i think its fair 2 say that the HABS not only have size coming , but they also they have talent to match it, and it will be displayed in the near future. On 2 Galchenyuk , according to Craig Button this kid is exactly the twin of Ron Francis, (hall of fame) with an offensive upside identical to Marion Hossa, and Pierre Mcguire , said it best.' The Habs get a player, that can play anyway you want. Incredible talent that elevates his linemates game. Hes an elite player that you build a franchise around'. @ 6'1.5 and still growing, do you think that weR still small?. Did i mention Thrower....Ellis . Pribyl (power forward) so many more but it would take a full page....

Red Line are known for going balls out on their rankings, and trying to be different.

You guys picked a damn good player, but it is arrogant to say you would have picked him #1, or shows that you're an imcompetent.
