what about the Habs don't empty the prospect pool for ONE player, how about they stay patient and develop their prospects and in a few years when they are in a position to pull such a trade...maybe. Too early in the rebuilding process IMO.

I doubt either will really come back to haunt the habs, Vokoun especially, he has been a great goalie, but hasn't won poop. I believe they had to let Vokoun go due to the protection draft for a expansion team way back? If memory serves me right they chose to protect 2 other goalies or was it 3?

He'll be easy to trade if it ever comes down to this. Great team player, won the stanley cup (had a big part in it too), great penalty killer, is tough and can definitely fight... I'm sure a lot of teams would be willing to throw a 2nd rounder at us for Moen on trade deadline.
