The funny part is that they were hoping for a negation ruling of what is considered a waste of public money invested into a private venture while at the same time they hate their vérificateur général for denouncing the public funding of a private-owned arena.

revenue sharing is currently only 6% of the revenue in the NHL, this would need to change big time if the bottom feeders want to survive with a cap floor at 54M
