Not at all ... I'm not in that camp ... but Glove for sure is there. I think as soon as you get rid of Looch you spend forever trying to find someone just like him.

this is true. but ryan can be seen as a power forward as well. obviously not as physical, but i believe he's more consistent. Im just getting tired of Looch disappearing in the playoffs. Even when we won the cup, other than physicality, he wasnt a huge factor

He was good in the latter half, but the early rounds he struggled for sure. Funny thing, before that he was viewed as being a clutch playoff performer. He's still young and struggles with inconsistency but there isn't another guy in the league that has that combination of skill and fearsome physicality.

I think with Ryan we'd find other things to complain about. I'd love to have him in Black & Gold, but I wouldn't give up Looch for him.

Krejci is the only core piece I'd move for him, and that's only if they deem Seguin ready to take over C, but I don't think he's there yet.

I would trade picks and any prospect not named Dougie though.

Lets Face It, he's Not Cam Neely, But he's the closest thing in the NHL right now
There is NOBODY that has his toughness and can score 25-30 goals a year.

especially Bobby Ryan.
