It's tough to do this on my iPhone while laying in bed, but generally no half the things most of you said aren't worth reading. No offense to the gentlemen I'm talking about the lotto draft with, you seem intelligent so far :p - ALEDDO
30-50 words can be hard for people who are as smart as a great person such as yourself.

id say ebs is akready one of the top forwards in the league - LEAFSfan28191
He had a very good season, last season he was top-20, no doubt... but like Kessel, he needs to show he can keep up this higher pace. NHL history books are filled with players on poopty teams putting up big point totals. |

Come on now
You could definitely argue one of the top groups of young forwards... but none would be the top forwards. Not even close. - Feeling Glucky?
1st overall picks have a horrible history of being top forwards in the NHL. |

Yes... but believe it or not, the NHL has more than 3 first overall forwards playing in it. |

12 - ALEDDO
and do you see those 4 being better than, say, Crosby, Ovechkin, Stamkos, and Tavares?
Not to mention McKinnon next year(though, chances are, he'll be joining that group as well ) |

The canucks and oilers have just as good a chance at him. All canadian teams. Vancouver is near home and his favourite team as a kid plus their is a top 4 spot available. Toronto his buddy plays there. Edmonton is a young core he would fit in to. Closer to home than toronto. Toronto still has way too many defenceman.(Phaneuf,Gunnar,Gardiner,Liles,Franson,Komi,Blacker,Holzer). Doubt that is appealing. Also numerous sources has reported on twitter that Schultz is very likely to go to vancouver and already has his mind made up. |

And sometimes, just sometimes, the top player in the draft isn't necessarily the top player in the draft. Hall/Seguin, for example.
Edmonton definitely has one of the top forward groups in the NHL, but that doesn't mean they're the top forwards in the leagues, as individuals. |

Ya I was on twitter saw a couple different people tweet saying he has it in his head he will most likely sign with vancouver if their is interest which their is. Gillis said he would qualiy Gragnani then schultz hit the market officially and he didn't qualify him. Leaving an open spot on the 1st PP and someone to play top 4 with sami uncertain to come back. |

None of them is close to Stamkos, Crosby, Malkin, or Ovechkin, no.
Hall and Yakupov need to play with their heads up more often, or they're going to get their tickets punched out of this league sooner than they'd like. |
