The guy has been banned several times, and warned hundreds more times... I dont always agree with the way things are moderated here, but if you can't play by the rules set out by the people running the site, you deserve everything you get. People have been crying about his ban for weeks.. who cares, he couldnt have a normal discussion and move on from a point. He obviously has other issues if he can not stay away from the site.
You bring it up like its some huge injustice... the guy did it to himself ... move on. - senstroll
You have a right to this opinion and I honour that. UG also had a right to his opinion, but too many people prefered to censor his opinion. Just because we don't like that opinion, is no reason to run to the Administrators, or Referees about it. There is something called ignoring, or shunning an individual. When you don't like their opinion or how they dress, or who they associate with, ignore them. Maybe there needs to be an ignore button, for each member, so if they are "offended" they can just tune it all out. For the record, how many people have gotten banned on this site for soft porn? I don't mind it and kind of smile when I see it, but it still is breaking the rules around here. So how should the rules be interpreted? By the book, or with some descretion? In UG's case, there should have been more descretion. 1.5 years seems too harsh. A month? Maybe. |

Scott is signed for one more year, Lashoff is a UFA
I know that the Leafs qualified 6, Nonis said as much, digging around, those names came up as qualified, not 100% sure yet. - LeafMan
Aren't there a limit on contracts, per organization? 50 is what I thought that I read. Sometimes, a team needs to cut bait with a player, to keep under that 50 mark. If your going to go after a free agent, you need the latitutde to free up those contracts. I guess that would account for the loss of Lashoff. |

Actually, he could. You just had too many people instigating and trying to get him going before he could finish a post. |

The Leafs will be very close to the 50, I have about 49 slots taken, now you may see some players sent back to junior as overagers, I have to double check that, but I believe that is what Burke and Co. will do to free up spots. |

he was banned many times..the behavior never changed
A conversation on here with U_G is the same as having one in person where he laughed at you told you that you were wrong and spit in your face. If you are told over and over not to do that but still do it, I would hope you are asked to leave.
He has no Tact, does not know when enough is enough and to move onto a new discussion. Its tiresome. If he was banned for a month, would come back and be banned again in a week or 2. Just eliminate the problem all together.
