How did they not win the lottery to get Hall and RNH? Even if you finish last, you still have to win a lottery to pick first, even if your odds are significantly better at doing so.

NJ won the lottery in the RNH draft

Did some digging but not official, Cody Franson, Nikolai Kulemin, Matt Frattin, Ben Scrivens, Jussi Rynnas, and Korbinian Holzer have all been qualified.

Matt Lashoff, Marcel Mueller and Mark Fraser it looks like have not been qualified.

Not 100% positive yet.

He grew up in Vancouver dreaming of playing for the Canucks.
