They don't want Roy - GilPerreault
On that note ...By the way Regier spoke about Derek Roy tonight. He said Roy is committed and been in town working out. Said he has spoken to him and both expect better things from him. We shall see.

I knew Roy was in town. A friend of mine was at the gym and saw Roy there working out. He said he looks like he's in phenomenal shape, but obviously that's hard to know for sure.

Yeah, who knows if Roy will start the season with the Sabres. Right now I'd bet he will but it's hard to predict Darcy and what he'll do. The Sabres do need a veteran center so may as well keep him. He's relatively cheap and is worth more as a Sabre than what the Sabres would get for him if they dealt him.

Agreed Gil. I'm not a Roy hater . just wish he was bigger . and last season im sure his injuries hampered his productivity. He knows he has a negative fan base . can he change it ? We might just end up finding out if we cant move him for a positive . imo

hey Goosie Happy for what the sabres drafted ?
I am. - cabin
I am. At first I was freaking out because it looked like Grigorenko was gonna fall to us and I didn't want him. He made me nervous. But so far he's saying all the right things. I love the Girgensons pick. Speaking of which, found this on facebook:
Good for the Sabres if Grigs can grow into his potential and with the likes of Grigersons, that'd be a great 1-2 punch. I wonder how Hodgson's daddy feels. He must be beside himself.

With a new coach and a new direction your correct, that won't happen here. but make sure you say i'm negitive. - SABRES 89
People all have different opinions. Its amazing how for the most part you and I see eye to eye, but there are things we disagree on.
For the much older crowd on these boards, I disagree on about 80% of their opinions, but we find common ground sometimes.
Your opinion is your opinion and I never view it as being negative. I view it as different than mine. If I argue with you, its because I have a false hope of believing you'll understand my opinion and agree with me. Never happens.
All im saying is that for the majority of last season (until they got Carter at the deadline and swapped coaches) the Kings fans all said the same thing about their team and GM as we say about our team and GM currently.
Do you read any of Barry's blogs? Hell, you can go in their most current blogs discussion and find people saying what im claiming "i used to think lombardi was an idiot, but then we won the cup"

Kassians climbing a mountain with the Sedins. How's Hodgsons legs doing? Still taking skating lessons from Bambi? - Boinker
Hodgson is working out in Roberts offseason camp. I'm sure he'll come into training camp in awesome shape. I trust what Roberts does, especially since his people figured out what Hodgson's injury was and your team doctors weren't able to.

I can back up all the negative talk from Kings fans. The first half of the season they were calling for heads out here.

I just can't see Lindy and or Darcy winning a cup here, the players have tuned them out and have for awhile now. This whole blog is about opinions and nothing more, some folks just can't see it I guess, not you, just some.
I can't see this team being any better next year unless changes are made.
