Buffalo sure is stock piling centres....Is Roy on the move then?
- james

We can only dream. I couldn't be happier with our draft, but who's to say this guy will be ready? We still need to see some significant roster changes that help us THIS season. The Staal bubble popped, looks like Ryan wants to be a Flyer( and they have the cap space), Parise?? Seems like the longest shot ever, but trying to stay positive. Have to find trade partners Darcy!

What about Jay McClemment? Good role player. I believe he's a pretty good faceoff guy. Seems to be a leader, as he wore an A in Colorado last season. Could be an ideal bottom 6 guy to be here.

Also, did I hear/read somewhere that Jay Bouwmeester might be on the market? Given Darcy's recent history with trading with Feester, would anyone be interested?

so what, it's a business. i just think we could do a lot better.

i'm starting to like the idea of all in for Parise and then trading Vanek for a stud d-man. that way grigo can develop this year like seguin did his rookie year and maybe Armia would be ready in a years time.

Going to cost a lot to get Parise, Pens cleared a lot of space.

i don't care about how much money it would cost him. i think we need to figure out what they want prospect/player wise from us so we can get his rights early and get er done!

How about (FA-to-be) Alex Semin? He's got a ton of talent and might be able to help Grigorenko adjust.

Get Shane Doan forget Parise and trading Vanek is stupid especially for another D-man. We need scoring. My hopeful scenario for the forward line:

Vanek-Hodgson-Pominville
Foligno-Ennis-Stafford
Leino-Grigorenko-Doan
Gerbe-Moen-Kaleta

Dacry is going to have to offer better then what other teams will offer, or what until July 1st. Still don't see him coming here.

I'm just not a huge Alex Semin fan. Elite offensive talent, but seems to take a lot of shifts off and I honestly believe he's a liability in his own zone.

Can you imagine how fast he'll end up in Lindy's dog house?

I loved Mogilny. If he's got no issue with another 89 from his hometown, I say hell yeah.

Even as a die hard Leafs fan, Mogilny was my favourite player, all the way back from his days in Buffalo.
