I think Paul Hamilton's right with what he said this morning. They're not going after a defenseman when the bigger need is at forward. They have a log jam at defense as it is. Not saying they can't improve there, but it doesn't look like they're trying to.

while I agree we have a log jam on D, there is a need for a steady d man who con provide what regehr did 5 years ago, not what he provides today

sabres are stuck with leino, so that leave rw for third line

give parenteau the 3 year 10 mil contract and fill in the 4th line, and upgrade the D

I am starting to wonder if the sabre front office sees what we see or sees what they want to see

I agree that we are stuck with Leino.. I would love to see us offer Parenteau that kind of deal and place him on our 3rd scoring line..

I wish RicoMartin's deal he said last night would actually be true and not just him going crazy like always..

Shero tried to trade for Suter's rights multiple times at the draft but Suter won't negotiate before July 1, a stance he has had the entire process.

idk.. maybe they didn't play an actual season together but did play together in off-season tournaments then because they obviously were on the ice at the same time.
