it was already a disaster defensively with bozak at center and hes more defensively responsible than JVR

I prefer the idea of keeping him on the wing with Kulemin and Grabs with a 1C coming in or using the best of Bozak, Connolly, Kadri, etc on the first line.

Yup, but he could succed playing with guys like Kulemin and a bigger center (lets use Gaustad for example), they are bigger guys that can work down low, and feed pucks to Fratty in the slot, or through it at the net and Fratty can sneak in for a rebound. those and Frattins wicked shot, and we have a 20-25 goal 3rd liner.

Exactly. JVR's going to be on the 2nd line wing, possibly even 3rd as a scoring line depending on how well he does defensively under Carlyle.

He was their top offensive weapon until he blew his knee out and he has a good wrister that can do damage in the NHL.

If it was me, I'd try him in the top 6 to see.

Most I've heard have said Western Canada - Oil, or 'Nucks.

i saw one insider say that Schultz scratched the Oilers from his list of teams he wants to go to.. but i dont really follow their crap anyways
