I have no problem with it, it just seemed like a post that was meant for a Pens board. It wasn't really a response to Cloutier or anyone else just a post that looked like you wanted to have a pens conversation. It's a free world/internet and you can say what you want where you want, i honestly just wasn't sure if you knew you were in Clouts blog. - abware
Just defending 2013 gm of the year! still curious who clout thinks would have given more than a solid replacement third line center, an top ten pick, and a hobby baker finalist prospect. I'm a little disappointed they didn't trade the 22nd and maybe their 2nd or third to move down 4-5 spots to get teravinin. but not complaining about maata

Clouts is not that bright.. we all know that. Sutter is exactly what you needed to get for Staal. A pure 3rd line center with not as much offensive upside and will be more then capable defensively..plus less cash. He is a sutter so he will do the grunt work he needs too for ya

Better question...
Who's dumber?
1) Jay Feaster
or
2) Brian Burke - TaterNuts
I'd say Feaser, because Reiley as #1 is far fetched, but if you were afraid of Russians it was a possibility. Feaster on the other hand must've just found the one kid who has a smaller Richard than him and took him.

May I weigh in here? I think you are going a little over board here. First off it's 2012 not 2013. Secondly he made a good trade for Stall, But if it wasn't for Sather raising the ante the Canes wouldn't have given up Sutter they would of just waited until next season and got him for nothing. The Canes obviously didn't want the brothers Stall together in New York.
And thirdly personally I do not really care about the pens. Ben37 might be up for a pens conversation but in all reality I am here for the chat about the Oilers not some kid bragging about a good trade. In all reality Pitts should have gotten more than Sutter and a defenseman that hasn't done shyt in the NHL. But this year the trade all have seemed to be undervalued but thats only my opinion.

Hey now... as soon as the kid hits puberty he will be fine

@TSNRyanRishaug: I believe Oilers were in on Yandle discussions, but asking price was very very high. Top young players asked for in return Too pricey #tsn
@TSNRyanRishaug: Justin Schultz will field offers Wednesday. Oilers have no coach in place yet. Have to think hell want to know who he's playing for.

Wow the Oilers took Moroz with the 2nd round pick? Thought he was a 3rd round pick. Leafs with a steal of Finn. - Allstarzz
Moroz stock rose with the run to the Memorial Cup.
Can't believe the Habs got Bozon in the third round. He had like 71 points last year and is like Eberle the way he can change angles of how he'll dish the puck off quickly
Man this is pure magic other then drafting Yakupov this is definitely the runner up as the highlight of the draft. What no Flames blog yet there blogger should be shit canned.

ITs an off the board pick, but he dose have a chance at being a really good player. Huge risk/reward type player. More extreme case as an Eberle. We laugh now, but hey could be the ones with the last laugh.

I think the oilers really wanted H Sam, but PHX got him so there were scared the same was going to happen to Moroz. I still think it was good pick.
Seen Reilly compared to Letang and..wait for it...Bobby Orr in Leafs blogs today. It starts.
- TheTaoOfSemenko
Leafs fans are the biggest kool aid drinkers out there and the really funny thing is, they dont think they are. Dont get me wrong Reilly can be a superstar number 1 D men , but we will have to wait and see. Leafs always put to much pressure on these kids and they fall hard.
