Couturier and Fowler fell pretty far in past drafts. Just cause guys fall doesnt mean they wont turn out.

What about him? He dominated the nhl with consecutive 30 goal seasons. And was a steal and jewel in the draft. My logic is that JVR looks like the type of players that get drafted high, think they are going to be elite forwards but look more and more going the route of gagner and brassard.

He was a top flight prospect that took longer to develop, was written off by dummy's like you.. And has been in beast mode since.

Seriously man, you're taking a big talented kid drafted high, oozing with talent, that's still developing and trying to find some consistency health wise, and I've time wise in the NHL... To Clarke MacArthur. MacArthur was a hell of a steal, but he's an overachiever. He was drafted in the 4th round, and his hitting his prime with 20 goal seasons. That's his ceiling dude. He's soft as hell on the puck, and horrid defensively. He's a 3rd liner on any competitive NHL team. Mason Raymond might be an upgrade.
