I hope not. I'd like to think if Crawford looks like he did last season, the big push next off-season would be to get a real starting goaltender. You know, like they should be doing now.

And that Hossa thing... could very well be a problem in the future. I don't see that type of hit exiting his mind very soon. Should probably also take into account one more big hit and you have to wonder if he thinks of hanging it up.

You worry about that if and when the time comes. There is usually always a team with someone available in the event lots of cap opens up due to injury or retirement.

I bet that's how Philly will keep Carle - I am betting Pronger will hang em up soon.
