Brian Huddle, D, age 22

I hit people. And whack at ankles. People don't like to play against me. I'm also slow, dirty and I will make momma jokes on the ice.

- Brian Huddle

Shane Button, LW or G, age 24

Playing LW I have a killer wrist shot (in NHL EA games). I can skate really fast but only stop suddenly via walls, otherwise it's a slow progressive stop. I don't hit in fear of dying.

Playing G I avoid the butterfly because I can't bounce back up fast enough. I have good vision though and try hard to save everything. When on my game in ball hockey I'm like Marty Brodeur. When off my game I'm worse than Vesa Toskala.

Luke Herrington, LW, 21, 223 - 6'4

Has excellent speed, great vision, precise passing, your typical PF - loves to drop the gloves.

Yes I know. But we'll count it. Cause it makes me giggle thinking of a goalie or defenseman singing a song about love and tolerance.

Burke needs to produce after years of talk and deals have not improved the bottom line and the team still has not even made the playoffs, let alone contended. There is organizational depth. Toronto has gone from being a mediocre team with poor depth to a mediocre team with good depth. Where is the skill? He improved size and defense. However, his best acquisition on defense was an afterthought while his big moves--Komiserek and Beauchimin were disastors. However, this team has lacked a skilled center and stability at goaltending since he got to Toronto. Any talk of getting Nash and Ryan is plain silly without a center. Toronto currently has only third and fourth line centers. Kessell is that rare winger who just plays by himself. If it weren't for him there would be no offense at all. Luongo is an upgrade at goalie, but if he can't handle the heat in Vancouver, it could be interesting for him in Toronto. Burke has inexplicably never had a solid plan in goal. If Burke doesn't pull a few rabbits out of the hat this year, it is time for Toronto to move on.

Obviously it was all about the 1 season with Sjostrom. Just made Phaneuf captain to distract other teams from his plan of trying to turn Sjsotrom into Wayne Gretzky.

Ya we know.
His FA signings have been absolutely horrible and have set this team back. His trades have been good but haven't changed the outcome fo the teams results.

So with that said.....we'll take Stas off your hands
