Franson looks like a stud (I know he sat a lot, but that's because he came here to play and Wilson benched him. when he was vocal about it, he got benched). Either way, he's got a great shot and should be a part of our 2nd pp. Even then, we'll still have a plethora of D.

Schenn should go for help up front and Komi could go for a pick or as a piece for Luongo due to the cap.

Nothing is adding up. Usually we hear about real possible trades that Burke is working on. It's too quiet from Burke. I have a feeling something big is going to happen - just not sure if we'll need the suicide hotline to deal with it or not.

If the Leafs draft a defenseman over a centre I will be very pissed, we have one, count it people, one pure centre prospect in the whole system with a little offensive talent, it is a one huge organizational need, we have to start to get some of them in the system for development.

It has been 3 some odd years now we've heard that the Leaf's are looking for a top six centre if it's too pricey to do it by trade then damnit do it by draft, at least we would have one in the system to look forward to. We can't come out of this draft with a winger or d-man with the fifth pick only to listen to more years of we're looking to acquire a top six centre. Burke is a magician when it comes to trades. He will never be 'desperate' and make a bad move or a move that won't benefit us. Aside from the Kessel trade he has done nothing but amazing trades. I fully trust Burke/Nonis in the trade area.
