If one guy is the answer then what's his name? Don't say Weber, because that's just a pipe dream as of right now. I'm not knocking Grossman or Coburn or Meszaros or Timonen. I like all of those guys. My point is the Flyers are short a puck moving defenseman and a hard hitting, physical defenseman on the back end. Even if they do sign Suter, I'd still like to see them go after another defenseman.

What is your definition of a star player. For me it's; high marks in all cataegories, reproducability year over year, durability, scoring, physical play, fan base, all-round play... I think my last note shows that he is above average in all categories.

Ryan is a goal scorer. He's not an all around player. He's a 30 goal Winger. A real nice player. But not a star.

Yea thats what i was worried about. I know that the Jets were also in on Bob with their 2nd round pick which would of been the 39th pick and there would of been a better chance of the goalies being around at that time... But we will see what happens
