I know Parise is a long shot...but i'd take him over Nash and Ryan. Plus, he wouldnt' cost us anyone. I'd rather sign Parise and trade JVR for a d help.

yes, deals happen consistently with the season pass, players are traded every second but they just keep ending back with the same team for the same price, its crazy stuff

Actually it's a lot easier....instead of trading assets away that you really don't want to ...you stick overpaid under perfomers salary mistakes in the minors to make the cap room work.

On the rumor chart it has Buffalo interested in Steve Sullivan, but why is that when the team has an abundance of wingers? Also, do you really expect Buffalo to overpay on a player like Jarret Stoll just because he's a center? I mean Darcy Regier has stated that he is looking for a first line center, and my opinion is that Jarrett Stoll is a 3rd line center, or maybe even 2nd line center on Buffalo. The problem is we already have a 2nd and 3rd line center...How do you feel Jarret Stoll will fit in with Buffalo?

I don't, bring the Goose back if you want to fill the 3rd line again. His stock isn't super inflated like Stoll's is just cuz he won a cup.

I wouldn't say Hjalmarsson is minor....he's a solid top-4 defenseman. I can see Philly trying to acquire him....I can also see them giving up a good piece for him.
