Why do I get the feeling Darcy is not gonna pull the trigger on any significant moves. ?? I have a gut feeling that the Sabres are in on Nash though, apparently Darcy was in love with him and desperately wanted to trade up to draft him.

Because you haven't changed your way of thought and haven't moved on from the tight budgeted/small market mindset to the Pegula era yet. I will be surprised if at least one significant trade is not made on or before Friday. Teams don't always have 4 of the top 44 picks to play with and spruce up trade offers.

Waiting for the other shoe to drop is killing me. whether or not we end up acquiring a premier player, I firmly believe we are going to shake some things up on this stale roster. Looking forward to a few moves hopefully and some fresh blood.

Sullivan is a winger, and again no thanks to the 5-8, 37yr old with a history of back injuries.
