I believe Enroth was named to the All Rookie team mainly because of his play down the stretch in the 2010-11 season and there were not many other options worth picking from rookie goalies.
Of that group, he obviously deserved it so congratulations.

I like it
maybe putting Vanek on the second line would allow him to get his head out of his ass and stop floating so much.
Vanek is perhaps the one Sabre that needs a reality check
maybe another one, but I wont go there today - homiedclown
If Vanek is your best forward... You're probably not a very good team... If he is your second best forward... Your heading in the right direction IMO |

Bobby Ryan and Rick Nash linked. Same teams in on both, so, if one goes, the other may move soon after. |

The mayor and city HAVE to accept the Pegula's proposal. Here is a guy/family who could single handedly change downtown Buffalo. He has the money and most importantly will get it done and get it done right. I have no faith in Paladino and how big of a mess that project would be if they gave the bid to him. You let Terry into the city development and next thing you know his business connections all start flocking to Buffalo. It's a slam dunk in my book. But as always it's Buffalo so you never know...... |

Vanek is the second best forward on this team.. I would say Pominville brings more to the table then Vanek |

Thats what everyone in my office said too. Hopefully the city caves in to the mighty uncle Terry. |

Vanek has the 8th most points since the lockout. He very well could be considered the best guy on the team without it being considered a problem. |

Wow October is a female dog! EVery team is a recent cup winner or was in the conference finals, 'cept the Iles.
Late December is our only rediculous road trip. Not bad overall. |

There's only 9 sets of back to backs (if I counted correctly). Black had said they requested to have fewer this year.
I also noticed they play the 'Yotes, Sharks, and Blackhawks twice. |

Why not Chicago? I can understand Detroit. I wouldn't want to go there either. I wouldn't think Chicago would be a bad choice. Honestly, I've been wanting to go there for years to catch a game, but it never falls during a good time in the schedule. |

Is the Joe in a decent part of town? I'm more nervous about going there since having a chat with a guy that was staying in the same hotel we were during my recent trip to DC. He said he doesn't leave his house at night. And he was probably only like 22-26 years old and didn't seem like the type of guy that generally would be afraid for no reason. |

Its right on the river and maybe because it was Game 7 of the SCF there was more foot traffic than normal but I never once felt unsafe, I had a Penguins jersey on too for crying out loud haha. |

no part of detroit is a good part of town, especially the joe. the arena is actually the worst part of town according to my friend who grew up just outside detroit and went to a ton of games while his dad played there |
