Landeskog also had more PP time, less SH time than Henrique and Henrique had more even stregnth points. As I say, Henrique is my pick for sure. - Morris
He would be my pick, but I'm fairly sure Landeskog is winning it. The people who vote probably don't look to deep at who should really win

Totally, I agree. They both earned it, and Nuge shouldn't be said to have had less "help" than Henrique. The only thing I could possibly say is that Kovy and Parise are better defensively than Hall and Ebs, then again Nuge's zonestart was easier than Henrique's.
Everyone from the Landy camp acting like Landeskog had no one forgets that Hejduk and O'Reilly aren't slouches and he had Stastny on the PP. - Morris
Yup. I think this is the closest Calder race in a while, and their are good arguments for each. I think Nuge will end up being the best of the three and had the most impressive offensive numbers, Lando had a great all around game, and Henrique was great in both ends of the rink. I don't expect Henrique to win, but I hate people are selling him short. People say Henrqiue was boosted by linemates, but you could say the same thing about the fact he lead his PP unit in points with 8. He played with Sykora and Zubrus on the PP. People say, well Lando is better 2 way. Henrique played on the top PK unit of the top PK in history. I don't know how much more Henrqiue could have accomplished defensively as a rookie been as a rookie.

The thought process will be as follows:
Nuge was the best offensive player
Henrique was the best defensive player
Landeskog was also a good defensive player, and he played on a worse team.
ipso facto, Landeskog takes it. Oh well, all three of them are gonna be strong players. - Morris
However, do you think Henrique being the only Eastern Conference finalist will sway enough of the Eastern Conference votes, as the teams out here have watched him more than Lando/RNH, to potentially beat Nuge and Landeskog?
