Agreed. It would be different if half the league was in on Lu (like Nash) but with only so many options I think Gillis will have the room to make the best deal he can and Lu would more than likely accept that. Still, if you had to put odds on it, I think Luongo staying in Vancouver would give the highest odds IMO.

Perhaps... who knows though... I had also heard he moved out of his penthouse apartment in yaletown and will be living in a hotel while he is here... I don't know how accurate that is. But take it for what it is!

I doubt he would do that until a deal is finalized and he is, in fact, leaving town. Not that he couldn't afford to live in the Fairmont Pacific Rim but why vacate your own place while everything is still up in the air?

I dont get it either.... but apparently he was sharing 2 levels with ryan kesler... and is now gone... he wants to be in florida as much as possible right now regardless of where he plays.

I guess if Scheider gets moved he will find a smaller place to have as his home during the season? I really don't know

I actually believe a lock out until January would be beneficial for this team... they have big problems staying healthy enough for the playoffs.. maybe half a season will finally allow this team to be relatively healthy come playoffs!!
