I say good for you for having a cause, but its not as clear cut as you think it is. For example, someone has a drink with dinner gets in thier car and is perfectly ok to drive. The town thier are in the legal limit is .1, but they drive through a town that is .08, and they somehow blow a .09. Your saying to give jail time to this mother of 4 that had 1 drink out with her friends, and was legal except in a no tolerance zone... blah blah blah.. but see how it's not so cut and dry. - RooNosHockey
The DUI limits are from state to state, not town to town. |

Again, the solution is simple. So simple you don't even have to do anything. Doesn't get any easier than that.
Trouble is, too many people choose to ignore the solution. |

I really like the idea of going after both Kane & Enstrom. Waiting around for Weber would be like me waiting for Olivia Wilde. |

nope. it was actually the day before the draft. - OrangeBlack27
I was thinking it was Friday and the draft started that night. Was it Thursday? Whatever it was it made me so sad. And now, I'm not sad about it at all. |

Not for nothing, banning 2real I get, but banning a poster who some on this board wanted to hear from is ridiculous. What if he was telling the truth? Is it really impossible to believe that somebody out there may know someone personally that works for the Flyers? Is it even more far-fetched if that person told him the info? Come on. He wasnt being a jerk, he was saying what he heard could happen. If he has to reveal his sources so should Ek and everyone on this site. I'd rather him talk like that and drum up a discussion true or false than read another long drawn out argument of MJL telling everyone why they are wrong. I'm sorry, but I'm in the group that did want hear what he had to say true or not because it's cool to think what could be going on behind the scenes. It's a forum of information and opinions and last I checked this is America not North Korea. - Flyers1218

Other then having 2 possible bannable offenses in the above statement.... The guy basically dared Bo to ban him. He was warned multiple times to provide a source if he was going to continue posting rumors. It was his choice not to heed those warnings. The Refs gave him slack until he called them out. He deserved the ban. |

If I do, I don't drive.
See how easy that is?
And before you ask, yes, that means if it's just the two of us one of us isn't having a dring.

Admirable.
Maybe we'll institute that rule in our household. I'd gladly let the wife drive every time. A gentleman, I am. |

That is your choice. However it is legal to drink and drive. It only become illegal when you drink "too much" and drive. |

But if you are wise, you realize that even just 1 impairs you some. And why take that kind of risk with your own life, the life of the people in your car, and the lives of the people you'll hopefully pass but maybe not along your way? |
