peanits,

4 days before the draft, the topic this morning was whether McGuire and Bonds belong on the hall of fame.

That was amazing and I fondly remember it. It's funny that he loves Eller now.

Was one of the first few months I was around, and we had nightly debates me and BIG

Halak is a pretty good goalie, but he can't play more than 55 games a year.

Price can play 70+ games a year, and still be one of the best in the league.

We saw it during the 2010 playoffs. Halak was toast in the 3rd round, and frankly sucked.

Halak is good for a short stretch but gets tired easily than Price. He was apparently losing more than 10 pounds a game.

yes, I heard. Don't worry when the World Series rolls around they'll be talking about who should be on the 4th line of Montreal.

I member having to explain to leaf fan why malkin was good enough to play on the leafs, they didn't by it though.

Ek was all gold last draft. Something along the lines of

"Leafs looking to make a big splash"

"Holy, You Leaf fans really need to calm down"

"Don't shoot the messenger. Malkin is being discussed to Toronto."

I wouldn't worry. Have you seen the monsters that will be on the Bulldog's blue line next season? Look The EFF Out.

Won't they be talking about how they should have drafted so and so and how the new coach was the biggest mistake?

Nope, I've only used it once so far. But I did use the Ek and Malkin to Toronto joke twice.

That's after the first pre-season game where they lose in a shoot-out 2-1 and their 1st rounder missed on his shot.
