not sure I thought he only made a little less then $3m which would be a really nice deal for his skill. Whats Kessel going to want after his deal is up now that Graboski is slightly above par with him?

$7m? For Kessel? Can you imagine?

I'd say this is what players get when they reach the PPG plateau.

Perhaps it is. Personally I feel it's dangerous to judge players on pts alone.

VERY interesting.

The conclusion?

- Randy Cunneyworth should never coach an NHL team again, considering how he used Ryan White.

- Yannick Weber doesn't have a place in this league, no argument about it.

- Tomas Kaberle is a 6th dman, pp specialist, at best

- Scott Gomez's use was ridiculous. He had A LOT of chances to prove himself.

- Nokelainen was horrible.

- Brad Staubitz too.

- Frédérik St-Denis was very surprising.

- Subban has been VERY solid last year. Biggest opposition (with Gorges) and outshot it.

True.

I wouldn't throw 7M at players like Gaborik, Kessel or Semin.

I'd rather give it to a player that has more than one side to his game.

Like Gomez.
