Like the Dominican guy against whom I played baseball when I was pee wee. We were all 14. He was 6'3'', had a beard and pitched at 75mph.

But according to his birth certificate, he was 13.

Maybe he and Grigorenko got their birth records from the same dude.

It will be interesting to see how far he falls. He will probably be drafted in the low teens

I noticed he stopped calling Forsberg a centre last time he was on TSN.

I love how he always tries to say something outrageous and the other panelists don't give a (frank).

If you plan on selling the house why not get your payment as low as possible.
If it's the house you are going to die in then yeah 35 is a stretch.

I'd do the contrary. Pay as much as possible in order to maximize the return on the sale, and use that money to buy the next one.

Wouldn't it make more sense to just pay it off as quickly as possible so as to minimize the amount of interest paid?

Well I did not want to pay the SHCL fees. So I put a little more money than I had by borrowing a little on my "marge de credit" to have the 20% cash down. I have now cleared that.

I told myself I'd get the max lenght now and if I had more income in the future you can increase you payments anytime or put 15% of the mortgage in cash every year...
