Have you tried KLB (Kawartha Lakes Brewery)? They have an apricot and raspberry beer. Like you say, it's a acquired taste for that type of beer. Tastey in the summer, I'd place it with Hoegaarten. - As_I_See_It
Oh yeah.
Hell yeah.
Although I really don't like the Hoegaarten. Just not for me. Tastes flat. |

I agree with what you said, very good comment. I would rather take the gamble on bernier running with bernier, scrivens, and reimer. Add on top of that if we draft oscar dansk as well with our 2nd. Now thats major potential. I strongly believe we will
Sign justin schultz but it would be a miracle if parise came here. If we are going to trade franson, id include our 1st Rounder 2012 for columbus first rounder 2012 to
Draft galchenyuk. And really we dont need another 3rd liner. - Mapleleafs_91
Agreed on Parise. Likely signs elsewhere but you still have to make a strong offer.
Yes we have a lot of 3rd liners I just don't think we have the right 3rd liners. |

Don Mills. On Lawrence Avenue.
Remember it used to come in those cheap plastic bottles?
Ahhhhh, memories. - Atomic Wedgie
I forgot all about the bottles!! They did eventually go to normal bottles.
I think maybe there is still one Connor's you can get, but it isn't the Best Bitter |

Have they stopped?
To be honest, it was fun for about 12 beers, and then the nostalgia just sorta ended. - Atomic Wedgie
Well, I'm not quite old enough to have had any other beers in stubbies (well, red stripe, but it's piss)
Ya they stopped a few years ago - was a cost thing. They used to have their "yellow lager" in a clear stubby. Now that was interesting beer. Literally looked like piss in a bottle but tasted pretty good.
They had a plastic bottle too which I used to take camping - so this wasn't as random a tangent as it may have seemed |

I don't think they sell it in stores - as far as I know, you have to go to their brew pub. And I think they only have it on tap in the winter. |

yeah but 91 pts in 60 games, thats pretty good... hes improving his game no? draft him shove him in the AHL, see what he produces, if hes good hes good hes only improving in his statistics... dont know much about him though he looks half decent with stats like that, could be a late bloomer but 20 is very young still. |

So you use the 35th on a 19 year old passed over twice who was dreadful the year he was supposed to be drafted over guys who were 20x better at the same age? Sounds great |
