Long time reader but never posted anything until now.
My 2 cents on what the Leafs need to do this offseason.
1) The Leafs have 15.75 MM of bad contracts coming off the books in the next 1 or 2 years. ( Armstrong, Komi, Connolly, Lombardi). So don’t do anything stupid
2) No Lu. His contact could end up being something stupid. If the Leafs were close and a goalie were the last piece then Ok but they aren’t.
3) Get another young Goalie that could pan out. Harding or Bernier maybe. That way you have 3 shots.. Reimer turns it around, Scrivens keeps getting better or the new young goalie proves he can be a number one. Maybe all fall flat but that is 3 decent chances and only 1 has to work out. If all don’t work out you still aren’t in a horrible contract and can try something else next year.
4) Make a strong offer for Parise
5) If we get Schultz. Move Franson + a pick or prospect for forward help. Someone with some size for 3rd line duty.

Keith's makes a cider now. GF had it the other day. Not like Strongbow at all, more like a beer spritzer I'd say.

It has it's purpose but you're right ...there are much better choices for a stout, IMHO.

St. Ambroise Oatmeal ......that's a meal!

mmm, Baltika is good. Im a fan of many euro beers, i am
- noename09

45 minutes from their secondary brewery I got to try the Stout when it first came out (Baltika 9) very solid. I couldn't believe the Ruskies learned to brew dark beer...so I assume they kidnapped a guy from England and forced him to work on the recipe.

Don't trust any myself except the English/Irish/Scottish one's and this stuff from BC that I can't recall. A lot of these Canadian ciders are just Coors Lite with an apple taste.

Used to like Connor's (Conner's) Best Bitter from a micro-brewery in Scarborough. I don't think you can get it anymore.

I also like Gritstone.

- GoneFullRetard

Not Scarborough.

Don Mills. On Lawrence Avenue.

Remember it used to come in those cheap plastic bottles?

Ahhhhh, memories.

I can't drink the stuff. I'll have one over ice if we're on a patio and there is literally no beer available, but that's it. Just not my thing

I'm good with all of the above, but would rather keep franson and sign a couple ufas to plug holes in lines 3 and 4 if needed. Tootoo, Prust would be fine.

You have to go to their brew pub in the Distillery District. They have some stuff you can't get in stores.

In the winter, they have a vanilla porter.

Soooooo gooooooood.
