Am I the only one who does not and has not liked what Lokti has brought so far?

Dude is horrible in faceoffs, and I haven't really liked what I saw with the rest of his game

Quick will demand a big time raise and deserves it. Penner and Stoll won't be back but you don't need them. Some young guys can fill those roles.

Quick will demand 6 mill per. Your D doesn't have to change at all and Benier doesn't need to go anywhere until after next year. You're crazy to trade him now since next year they'll be tired.

Agree 100%, but also agree with STMTC. Lokti can fill in at 3rd line center, but I don't think he will be able to fill that role come postseason. Stoll was a beast, especially on the PK.

stoll is underrated imo which is why someone will offer him more including edmonton but if he's smart he take a longer deal in la. isn't he married to some actress or something? penner will be gone to free up some space and like before he'll be overpaid.

it's very rare that teams repeat let alone stay together. expect changes but expect all "hockey people" to put the kings at the top of the pacific.

I'm curious to know if kings fans think they would have won with shenn, simmonds, johnson if the big trades hadn't been made. those are ballsy moves that most GM's don't make especially after the richards experience before the carter trade. most people believe JJ should have brought back more but how do you argue with the cup?

I don't think we could have even made the playoffs with those three guys. Maybe in the future, but schenn probably wouldn't have made the roster, and if he had, playing 4th line minutes, he wouldn't have been much help playing 8 to 10 minutes, Simmonds was good I liked him, but he most likely wouldn't have put up the numbers like he did in philly, johnson was expendable with voynov and I think carter and richards had a bigger impact on the end of the season than any of those three could have this year. We won those trades as of now. Time will tell if philly wins it in the future, but we won the Cup and that is what teams are judged by.
