When a big event comes here such as the F1 race, and we don't sellout the tickets as we do every year, and people say the reason they don;t wanna come is because of the potential "danger" from the protesters........I believe that puts us the stupid category.

Kyoto's one thing but that was a federal decision. On a provincial level Anticosti is the (frank)ing theft of the century, $4000B of petrol lost to foreign interests... we are also paying tax money in order to help foreign multinationals drill out our natural resources. Those same companies then ship the resources back to their home country for transformation. This is highway robbery at its finest.

Saying the protests are "making us look bad" is burrowing your head in the sand and swallowing propaganda. Who the (frank) cares about appearances in the face of corruption and theft?
