If Leblanc becomes the powerhouse third line center QP is talking about, WHAT HAPPENS TO ELLER HUH? - Cape Breton Bruins
Trade him to Boston for that bust Seguin. |

This team will be picking lottery again next year unless Price stands on his head. Subban and Price are solid players, but at the end of the day pacc-des-cole is a solid 2nd line, and unless something drastic happens they won't have a solid 1st line to set up with Pleks, who at the end of the day they'll overuse on the PK anyways and he'll be useless by the time we're out of the playoffs anyways. Don't get me wrong, I think Price, Paccioretty, Subban are a very solid core to build around, but even with the high pick (who I think will spend the year in the minors anyways) We're still a few years away from doing anything.
Anybody relying on markov, just no. You're wrong. If it works, great, but I don't have much hope for a guy of his age carrying this pitiful Defense we have. - Fisto
What, to you, defines a first liner? Because Desharnais was 22nd in points for a center last year. Cole was 16th in RW, and Pacioretty was 11th for the LW.
Might be a fluke year, but even if they regress, they are still in the top30 or close at their position in the NHL.
I think plek will have less time on the PK, with Dumont, Leblanc, Bournival getting a nod in the NHL.

There aren't many holes there.
Do you think Hamilton will play in the NHL rightaway?
What does your D look like? And you guys will need a good 2nd to support Rask. |
