Avstin? Bournival? ArchiebunkerisbaulD? Fortier? Dumont? Tinordi is tough? The WHL is scared of Dietz, the OHL fears Tinordi? Only place in Canada that had buildings in 1878 was Quebec? The Amero?

Avtsin is a huge disappointment, and I have been vocal about it. Sounds like he's more involved in the practices now. IMO, he should've played with Montréal in the 'Q with Leblanc, as he was too young in his first year for the AHL, too big of an adjustment. I don't expect much from him now, so he can only surprise me.

Bournival just won the Memorial cup, carrying his team throughout the season. He made the decisive pass to Zlobin for the winner in OT. He made Team Canada like I said he would. He wasn't used much for the first few games, but when the team needed it the most (in semi-final against the russians) the coach gave him more ice-time, and he and Gallagher started and contributed alot in what could've been an epic comeback.

Archambault has never been a favourite of mine. I hate his non-caring attitute and the kind of player he is. I hate the hype there is around him because first, he's a frenchie, and secondly, he knows an important journalist at RDS. This kid was getting more press attention than Bournival last year, really really stupid.

Fortier needs to catch a break. He won't be a huge producer if he ever makes it to the NHL, and that's if we resign him. Kid played only one game two years ago, missed 15 games the year after, and played only one game in the playoffs due to another injury. And last year he only played 37 games, while still having a decent production. I think he could become a fine checker in the NHL, if he stops getting injured every second month.

Whats wrong with Dumont? Kid's most likely gonna start the year in the NHL as a checker. Kid is fearless and you will love him. I've never said he'd become more than that, as soon I saw who he was playing with during his career year in Drummondville, beside a certain Sean Couturier.

I believe this as well. Gionta Jr. and in his prime still, Gio should make a great mentor.

He's dirtier than Gionta, much more like Theo Fleury was. Guys who play against him hate him.

Just ask Patrick Holland

This team will be picking lottery again next year unless Price stands on his head. Subban and Price are solid players, but at the end of the day pacc-des-cole is a solid 2nd line, and unless something drastic happens they won't have a solid 1st line to set up with Pleks, who at the end of the day they'll overuse on the PK anyways and he'll be useless by the time we're out of the playoffs anyways. Don't get me wrong, I think Price, Paccioretty, Subban are a very solid core to build around, but even with the high pick (who I think will spend the year in the minors anyways) We're still a few years away from doing anything.

Anybody relying on markov, just no. You're wrong. If it works, great, but I don't have much hope for a guy of his age carrying this pitiful Defense we have.

He was playing center when DET won the cup but didn't play in playoff and he was playing center while Ladd was his LW when chicago won. You ask who was big center when CHI and DET won the cup, i gave you the answer. Be happy about it.

Ladd was playing with Bolland and Byfuglien on the third line.

Kopecky was playing with Hossa and Kane, the latter centered them.

I think they will both be alright prospects, not great, but not bad either, 3rd liners, but still decent ones at that.

I'm gonna repeat myself again, but if Leblanc is on our third line in his prime, we're gonna have a great (frank)ing team

I think if they stay healthy they can challenge for a playoffs spot but they are a few years away before they can think of being a regular playoffs challenger.

The D is still the BIG question mark/weakness of this team. It will take a few years to see Tinordi, Beaulieu, Ellis and Pateryn (for Ken...RIP) contribute regularly.
