It does make you wonder what would happen to BB's approach to dealing with the D if we get Shultz.

Plus we have to consider that Holzer may be ready.

I'd be more inclined to keep Gunnarsson as he is very conservative and doesn't leave himself exposed as much as others.

Looks like Franson would be the most likely candidate out if we are to move up in the draft somehow

certainly in the realm of reality, assuming the Luongo situation works itself out rationally.

not sure I would deal Gunnerson, may be better off moving Franson or Schenn, and I'm not sure that Clowe's skating and injury history make the deal a good longer term risk

and for me... any line-up that contains Connolly is a problem.. .yes I know he only has a year on his contract... but so does BB.... and sure BB must realize that Connolly in any significant role is a problem he has to address... just as he must address the goaltending. I don't believe Connolly is a good choice for 3rd or 4th line duties either, too soft, too injury prone and too little effort - perhaps he can take on Finger's previously role with the Marlies.
