Not saying you're wrong. But wondering your reasoning. Here are their D prospects:
DEFENSEMEN
LEAGUE PROSP. TALENT PROB. OF SUCCESS
1. Jonathon Blum Pro 7.5 C
2. Ryan Ellis Pro 7.5 C
3. Roman Josi Pro 7.0 B
4. Charles-Olivier Roussel CHL 7.0 D
5. Anthony Bitetto NCAA 6.5 C
6. Teemu Laakso Pro 6.5 C
7. Mattias Ekholm Europe 6.5 C
8. Scott Valentine CHL 6.5 C
9. Taylor Aronson CHL 6.5 D
Strengths: Goal tending and character guys (not stated as D)
Weaknesses: Top 6 Forward

I'm aware of who they have as prospects. If your giving up a Weber, I think they'd want a proven young NHL defenseman as part of the return.

Nobody was going to beat the Kings this season. Not the way they're playing right now. Or the last 2 months for that matter. |

The Kings played great defense and had great goaltending all season. They struggled to score goals but its amazing to see how dominate they have been for a team that just made the playoffs. - stveshdy
We see it all the time in sports. Play your best at the right time. And right now, the Kings are clearly the best team.

Carter and Richards putting on a show, in other news Flyers focusing all their energy worrying about Giroux being on the cover of some retarted video game. - PLindbergh31
Karma. I'm expecting the worst from here out.
Bryz goes missing
Briere joins the boy scouts
Carle gets stranded fishing
Giroux breaks his wrists again cliff diving...and so on |

Kings are playing as well as any team in recent memory. 10 straight road playoff wins is unheard of. The Devils are being exposed in every aspect right now. |

Indirectly, doesn't have Weber have somewhat of say where he would be traded? Any team that would give up major assets to acquire him would want to make sure he can be signed long-term.
If Poile feels he can't get him signed long-term, is it not better to trade him this summer then wait to the trade deadline. I would assume the return would be better now. |

That's what I'm thinking as I enjoy the Cup finals. How can get a dig in against my own team.

I said that to my cousin on the phone tonight. He refuses to watch the finals. I dont understand how the Flyers couldnt even get the puck out of their own zone and yet these other teams make it look easy. |

Nobody is being exposed. It is the Cup finals. The Kings are just better.

It's a remarkable and unbelievable achievement. 10 straight road playoff wins is just crazy. CRAYZEEEEE. |

This is the worst Cup final I've ever watched, I think...
Every game. The Devils pressure hard and Quick comes up huge. The Kings fend it off, then it's all Kings except for a few spurts of energy here and there.
I find myself chuckling while watching this series because of its predictability.
It's like clockwork. It really is laughable. The Devils aren't even competitive. I don't care how "in the zone" LA is. I want to see a competitive series. This isn't. It's predictable and one sided. That's why it's not exiting to me. |

Something being tart is good enough, I'd love to know what a retart is like. |
