Leafman is gonna ban everyone for this poop talk.

Do you realize how much money the Aquilinis spend on the team. They pretty much gave Gillis a blank cheque. They would be fine with burying Ballard in the minors until they find a proper offer for one of there goalies. But that wouldn't happen because Ballard is still a good player and many teams would gladly take him for free.

unless ballard is needed to get to cap floor, don;t thnk anyone is interested. they could pay a minor leaguer to ride the bench. didn't he already go through waivers once? (I actually don;t know, but it sounds familier). my point still remains... its easy to spend 4.2 million of others people money on these sites. also... I had heard that it might , repeat, might be part of a new cba to not allow teams to bury saleries in the minors.

Ballard is still a very capable defenseman. He just rubbed AV the wrong way when he got to Vancouver, and the rest is history.

A team needing a veteran D will still give up a 4th-6th rounder for him, if the Canucks get desperate for cap-space.

no kidding. the leaf refs seem to give out half a dozen warnings before someone gets a timeout. leaf fans seem to be treated the same as any other teams fans involved.

that vancouver ref is the worst on the site. as soon as there's a sniff of trouble from someone who's not a vancouver fan, it's insta-ban. yet, vancouver fans can be d-bags all day.

Never dealt with Dozzy or Leafman as far as I know .Juice is AOK and Michah is a good guy too .Just don't piss him off. He did give you warnings instead of just banning.

if a team would give that up for him, they'd have done it already. sorry charlie... with the cap... teams not only want to get themselves better, but also have a vested interest in hamstringing other teams. teams wont take ballard just so he remains a nucks problem. im a pens fan, and I feel the dame about martin... teams wont take him unless we give up an asset, because having him makes us a worse team. also... the statements about east/west bias... lidstrom/ detroit play in the western conf. the best players win... period
