Oilers could pay more what you guys are looking for in a return and could help that franchise out more than ours at this exact moment, Leafs don't have much to give up, we have been shell shocked for quite some time and no one wants to give up anything of value which we don't have much of on a chance they may be the next rask we gave up.

Everytime we spend to make a deal we have taken the wrong end of the deal thus making all the armchair GM'S skeptical of any deals at all let alone one for a player with a big contract.

it's a tough situation, so you can see how when leaf fans see a situation we may be able to pick up an above average goalie for peanuts because of a series of events that have happened, how can you blame us in this situation or any team in any potential trade situation trying to get something e for almost nothing.

It means that just because your team won 1 stanley cup when there was 6 teams in the entire leauge does't make it an accomplishment its like the cfl I keep forgetting bc won the cfl cup its as if nothing happened because there are only 8 teams.
