Draft was pretty strong. Kane, Mcdonagh, Alzner, Gagner, Voracek, Couture all off the top of my head.

JVr's new contract is for next Season. JVR has not played a single game under that contract. If he comes out and plays the way he's capable of, and how he was playing before the injuries ruined his Season, he will be well worth the contract extension. I think it is only fair to let him play at least a few games under the deal before labeling a bad deal at the moment.

JvR imo is the best trading chip the Flyers have right now. If they want to acquire a legit defenseman it will cost JvR.

But there is this overall negative theme in your posts about everything. And your making ridiculous comparisons between players who have played 6-7-8 years in the League to JVR who has played 3 Seasons.
