like either holmer or lava said he just needs to work on his shot. he has perennial allstar written all over him IMO..... patrik elias (who may be biased since they're both ceck) thinks he's the flyers' 2nd best forward
- flyerscup2011

to me his biggest downside is his shot. If he ever learns to finish he can be one of the best players in the league.

He's not Patrick Thorsen bad, but Voracek is an absolute work horse.

Patty Thorseon has ironically been one of the most dominant players overseas since he left the NHL.

I could starve myself and still gain 10 pounds, unless I workout it doesn't matter if my diet consists of diet pepsi and crack or Ice cream and beer milkshakes no working out bawoosh size 44 pants~! altho THese 38's that I squeezed into today give me hope

edit I always pictured you as some gymn freak for some reason

I do work out. When I was in my early 20's, I weighed 350 lbs. I lost 140 lbs, when I first saw my Wife and was enomored with her. Lost the weight and won the girl. But my weight still fluctuates very easily. And I battle those food demons all the time. I do exercise, but my weight has gotten back up to 260. I started watching what I eat, and on an exercise program, and lost 18 lbs so far. For someone like me, diets don't work. They're only temporary. Off the diet and back to the same habits. the only real solution is a change in lifestyle that is permanent. I know this, but it is easier said then done. I absolutely love to eat.

Losing weight is half the battle. Keeping it off is the other half. I give a lot of credit to people who can lose weight its not an easy thing to do.

This is exactly what I am graduating shortly for, for helping people exactly like you (not to say your incapable of helping yourself, I mean in no way to offend). It's not just about being healthy and exercising and diets and what not. It's about lifestyle changes. Feel free to PM me anytime friend if you'd like some advice. Not sure if your much of a reader, but I have an excellent book you may have already heard of that would likely prove beneficial. I hate reading personally, but I found it an easy read.

I'd rather just go out in one big cosmic bang or have the Aliens from alpha Centauri wipe us out, just get it over with. Zombie Apocalypse would drag on
