Komisarek doesnt have the value Franson does. In order to improve our forwards we have to move pieces from our back end. Franson has good value and is expendable

if shultz comes, unless he pulls a gardiner and forces a spot on to the team.. a year with the marlies will be good for him.

No he went to the net, took crap from the defense, got pushed onto the goalie and got up and stayed there despite being cross checked by the defender.

Fransons potential is underrated and I don't think we would get fair value after last season.
As for Schenn, as much as he frustrates me, I don't think we'd get full value either.
Schenn needs to head over to Gary Roberts gym and get himself in hockey shape instead of coming to camp looking like a bulky meathead. He was too slow, period.

for sure.. i mean if a no brainer hits at the draft, like a first rounder is offered for liles or something like that.. for sure. grab the picks, take the extra cap room.

but aside from that.. all the focus should be betweent he nets and up front. top 6 needs work, bottom 6 needs work.. if you ask me.

And I think the answer to our top & bottom 6 could potentially be staying pat...

Frattin, Kadri, Colborne, and potentially D'Amigo could end up being full time contributors next year...we just need to find a way to get rid of some contracts re: cons, amry, lombo...
