I'd bet if a guy like Kipper hit the market, he'd fetch a serious return, and I could see both Florida teams making a heavy pitch for him. He only makes about 6.5 mill in the next two years (actual, not cap hit). I think it'd be a deal where the offer would have to pry him out of town, not simply be a perceived market value. Calgary has no ready backup plan in net so it'd have to address future needs.
