It seemed like he was having trouble hitting the net in the NHL, but in the AHL he can't miss. The guy has a hell of a release on his wrist shot. - yea-ok-buddy

Yeah if he can put together even some of the offense he's had on the farm at the next level he'll be a player. He might be one of those guys that fits in well if Carlyle wants to establish more of a cycle game because he has the strength to play in front and on the wall.
I think it was just big league jitters, gripping his stick to tight, stuff like that. I can see Frattin becoming a 25 to 30 goal scorer in the future. - yea-ok-buddy
Well, goalies are better, and you likely have that much less time and space to get a good shot off.

Can we have one thread where you don't bring up your hero, Phil Kessel? Just because every time you start an Oilers dynasty in GM mode you acquire Kessel doesn't mean it's going to happen.
Calgary has zero interest in a rebuild. Their owners are on a warpath for 8th place in the West. Just like the Leafs. They have zero interest in trading away one of the best goalies in the league for spare parts like Lombardi and MacArthur.
There is absolutely nothing in that package, either individually, or combined, that helps the Flames win games. You expect them to replace Kipper with Reimer? Take on absurd contracts like Lombardi?
Insanely unrealistic. - Unholy_Goalie
Yes and 6th or 8th place teams never compete for the cup in the end right?
