I know other teams fans like to poke fun at the leafs any chance they can... but doing well in the Farm system can only be a positive... I dont think the leafs have won the calder cup in decades. It cant hurt

You go to some of the other blogs and it's just sad...in Ian's blog you get banned for posting a if the canucks lose.

In Jan's blog they report everything, in Bo's blog guys get banned for so little.

It's sad, ban's are for the guys ruining the board...not for the simple losers that just want to make the odd poke at Leafs fans.

I think we have been the most tolerant of any blog for other team fans and some will say even for our own but there comes a time when enough is enough.

The pm's are stating again since I have been more present here lately complaining about the "trolls", we'll see, I like that everyone can come here and talk hockey among other things.

As for the farm stuff, I see what the impact was on some of our kids who were a part of that big Calder Cup run last year and its clear to me that they learned to deal with adversity. We lost in 7 to the Rangers, but it wasn't from lack of effort or by being overcome by the NHL playoffs as a lot of younger players can have happen. Kids learn from those experiences. The baby Leafs could have that same experience and it'd be silly to dismiss that.

Great, that is gonna hurt real bad. I've had a blast watching the Marlies go on this run. Kids that aren't getting paid billions to not try are funner to watch IMO. Pro athletes are grossly over paid. Million bucks to Crosby, every one else goes down from there.
