Well I'm certainly not in the god's secrets, but I think he watches more than that. And a lot of OHL games are televised, much more than the 'Q. You can also 'buy' games on demand for the CHL.
While it's not as good as seeing them play live, it's still better than reading stuff on internet. - QuebecPride
But it is it better or worse then Youtube videos? |

They broadcast one per week. Almost every team in the OHL are televised by Cogeco regionnally. |

You should ask Weirdoh.
Also don't forget that Huddle gets paid for his opinion, so it might not be as bad as you think. |

Yes it's purely subjective on 'my part'. But a lot of professional scouts tend to agree with me, just go check in Huddle's comments.
So yes you can question my judgement, but again I'm not the only person who thinks like that.
Everyone has their own opinion at least. And I think that my opinion, or the scout's should prevail on the opinion of someone who only reads reports on the web.
You know those highlight vids can be really insightful. - QuebecPride

Huddle's not my source, he's quoting an article. Go check.
Also, I will take Huddle's opinion over anyone over here, except my butt bud Frenchie. - QuebecPride

Thank god. Looking forward to what he can do now that he has some help.
Still can't believe we never had a director of player personnel, poor little Trevor must have been swamped. - ehabs9
Depending on what a "director of player personnel" actually does, this may explain why they bombed on a few drafts. |

Really interesting blog about the North East division forwards.
http://www.hockeybuzz.com...rds----Part-One/134/44650
Plekanec played the hardest minutes in the entire division, and was 'unlucky'.
Cole, Pacioretty and DD were hidden from tough opposition and were 'lucky', when it comes to shooting percentage.
You can also note that the habs didn't have the control of the puck for most of the games (y-axis). X-axis is for the quality of the competition on the ice against you.
And the bigger the bubble, more points per game you got. |

A guy on Mathias Brunet's blog says the Habs should trade Plekanec, Markov, Weber and Diaz for Edmonton's 1st overall.
lol - _nay_
That's probably what it would take, considering Plekanec is the only serviceable player in that group. Markov would get 5 games before blowing his knee again, Diaz would continue to suck, and Weber would make Diaz look good. |

A calgary based website pays Huddle for his opinion?
Does he get a T4 at the end of the year from futureconsiderations, or do you not have to declare cheeseburgers as income? |

Wouldn't having ones own opinion mean reading those web reports and coming to a conclusion on your own.
Rather then reading the opinion of someone who has only red those web reports and written it in a blog and then using their opinion as your own? - Oilhab

Thoughts on Trevor Timmins maybe leaving the Habs after the draft?
I can see him taking Dudley's old job in Toronto, unfortunately.

I don't know who owns those rights by heart, but I'm pretty sure almost every team are televised.
Here there's only one channel for the whole province, that shows ONE game per week. |
