A person gets in a fight in a bar and dies, the bar is held responible aswell as the guy that killed him.

How is that any different.

It's a way to get rid of the morons that just show up and cause poop for the sake of causing poop.

If you are the one getting fined, maybe you will do whatever you can to prevent those morons from showing up.

You want to hold a protest take responsibilty for it and don't let it get out of control.

Try registering your particpants, don't hang out protesting all night.

You have a start and end time, you have a specific location where you are going to be, if something happens during that time and at that location, it is up to you to stop it from happening or provide the means to stop it from happening. Anything else that happens outside of that time frame or location and it's not your fault.

If it is just a couple morons that start poop and you have 50 peaceful people there pretty sure you can beat down those couple hooligans.

Pretty sure this is exactly what they are aiming for.

So the kid cant fight, but he will fight and lose to goons, NHL or otherwise, and you female dog about the points the said goon had, when Tinordi had a whole whopping 4 more points. Whether they be goons or players a la Lucic, the kid shouldnt fight, well cause he isn't very good at it, a la Komisarek. Despite you bragging about how great he was at fighting, how the entire CHL was afraid of him, and then try and deflect cause again you are wrong, which is not unheard of really. But i give you credit for trying to keep this really silly discussion going whilst losing every step of the way. It seems as though you debate like Tinordi fights, not well, not well at all....

Whether you make the people you want to show up sign a piece of paper or not, it is in public, and others will join, with good or bad intentions.

You only have to register the demonstration if you have more then 50 people, if you have 50 people, you register with the cops. If more then that show up, you tell the cops they are not a part of your demonstration and they can arrest them all.

And your best argument now is that Zweep weighs a whole whopping 10 lbs more than Tinordi? K, balance has a lot to do with a hockey fight, one guy being 10 pounds heaver is not going to make a difference if the other guy knows how to use his weight and stay balanced.

It's one of the reasons why a guy like Gill is horrible in a fight and Chara is a Menace.
