Has to pay 500,000 a year till 2020 in alimony. Not so awesome now.
EDIT: This was handed down days after he broke Roy's record, talk about tainting a record. |

Actually, it was his wife's brother's wife, or at least that's what one of the posters said. |

that's right! i got that mixed up.
the nanny thing has a bit more appeal since it's probably more of a fantasy than a sister in law would be although that would make the family get togethers a tad uncomfortable.
i love marty. he's old school and i'd love to see him win another cup. he's a sure fire first ballot hall of famer and is probably the best goalie of all time. it's hard to argue that he's not in the top 2. |

Did you read my last post. One of the commenters said it was his wife's brother's wife. So his sister's sister-in-law? Either way, the family is pretty (frank)ed up after that one.
On chacha, it said: Martin Brodeur had an affair with the sister of his wifes brother, she filed for divorce and he subsequently married her.
Wouldn't his wife's brother's sister also be his wife's sister?

you're absolutely right... the wording is wrong... he married his ex wife (melanie) brother's wife. Which is still really bizarre. But wouldn't really affect his immediate family... he will never have to see his ex-wife's family ever again if he so chooses... therefore would avoid any awkwardness. |

What a bunch of bs. I wonder how many concussions Johnny Bower got playing with no helmet and mask against the likes of JFJ senior.
Who cares about this crap anyway. I play real hockey so I don't have to live vicariously through these rumours like you losers.

At least the Rangers D try to stop pucks, your D stands in the corner waiting for your space cadet goalie to send the puck into orbit, I mean up the ice.
Good luck with that 9 year contract! - Prucha
hmm that's funny your Queen didn't fair much better against the devils even with all the help he gets from his d either now did he? Oh and the Flyers were missing two of their top 6 defensmen and at least two of them playing when they shouldn't have, how bout the Rangers? |

No, you don't know crap, that's evident. Your top 2 d is older than dirt and would have made no difference. Your offense is stacked with fraglile minded idiots like Hartnell and your goalies situation is well, the joke of league. Those are facts. You make fun of Hank, but take a card board cut out of Hank and put him in goal and its an upgrade from the space man. Typical flyers fans. Your team is garbage. - GioRock
