No he's coming to the Rangers. We need people that will actually start games on time and can score and stuff. - GOODPLAYA20
I thought, once you guys got brad richards, that you would have been unbeatable. I think your a great team, with alot of young talent, which makes me question if whatever bug the kings had, maybe the rangers got it? wheres the offense?

Karlsson blows and Irving's AHL stats are alarmingly bad (he had some experience this year but the minor leagues are still the bulk of his experience.) Mind you, there's plenty reason to trade Kipper even if it means they'll plummet to 30th without good goaltending (hell, a really cynical person might argue this is actually a reason to do it). - S Kaspar Rollins
I hear Nathan MacKinnon's pretty good at hockey. |

So I guess what your saying is... the top player is producing, as is the defense. But the bottom six is no where to be found?

It doesn't put his name on a contract and doesn't even really make it rumor worthy. you know how many NHLers were born and raised in Edmonton let alone 90 miles away? You know how many still have family here? Should Richard Cloutier start making a blog on everyone and call it a rumor? - Lahey
Listen, if you want to really discuss this, you can PM me.Go back and read the blog, look at the facts presented, then PM me. It's not just abut geography, I never said it was. You seem to keep maintaining that's the totality of what I have said on this. However, it's not.
Geography aside . . .
Chicago wants him. He grew up a Hawk fan. They will have money to make him a competitive offer. His agent might want him there for endorsement purposes and because of his relationship with the guy most likely to be Suter's partner. And some members of Suter's family want him there. I guess that doesn't matter. Whatever makes your world go around. |

The whole team is just so damn tired that they can't keep up with the Devils. Imagine that, taking forever to get through the first two rounds can hurt you. But in all seriousness, I think the Rangers can still win the series. I'll even go so far as to say they can beat the Kings. But, in typical Rangers fashion, they'll drag the series on as long as possible and get dominated for 90% of it. |

I think it'll likely lead to Toronto making the playoffs if they get him, beyond that, who knows. I'm sort of rooting for it to happen though because the arguments over it will be amazing. |

I don't because I hate them, but I hate Vancouver more (than any other team, for that matter). Part of this, though is because they've sucked so much it's harder to really hate them, much like the Oilers, so maybe part of me wants them to do better. |

But this rumor came last night
20 hours ago RUMOR:Oilers Expected to swap picks with CBJ...
http://nhlbeat.blogspot.c...d-to-swap-picks-with.html
and Gene Principe of Sportsnet had it before that..
https://twitter.com/GeneP...status/205394877993848832
Not attacking you Ek, just saying. Credit where its due
Please DONT ban me mods - Wolfpack12
Ok then write them to give credit because in my April 30th blog I wrote...
Oilers/Jackets to Swap Picks?
rumors out is Western Canada that the Blue Jackets will do "whatever it takes" to swap picks with the Edmonton Oilers and get the top overall pick in the draft.. Just a rumor at this point, but I'll be tracking it closely..
I don't want credit. Just saying.
And yet, I am SURE someone else may have said something to someone in a Tim Hortons before April 30th. bottom line is this.. I never claim to be THE ONLY one who knows something, but if you want to know what I know this is the place. |

We'll see, but right now my only focus is the Devils. I swear if they get off to another bad start in game six I'm gonna flip poop. BTW if the Devils win I'll give the Kings an early congratulations. They will actually succeed in getting me to root for Mike Richards and Jeff Carter. I hated those guys last year but if the Devils go to the finals, they'll be my best friends. - GOODPLAYA20
I don't think torts will let that happen. But you really gota wonder if all those game 7's are starting to take a toll. And then even if you do manage to beat the devils, the kings are a more rested team. Do they have enough in the tank for two more game 7's?? we will see. And thank you for the support, if its anything to you, I would much rather play the devils.

I feel that way about the Islanders sometimes. But then they play the Rangers and they act like a bunch of annoying little scrubs and then I remember why I hate them so much. |
