Oh and Morgan Ellis is really good. Slightly more offensive Josh Gorges. Future 3-4. - _nay_
He'll be good.
Tinordi too.
On the other hand, I don't really like Beaulieu's progress this year.
I'd consider him a trade chip as of now. |

He is a good D prospect, great pick up in the 4th round by Timmins. - Symba007
I never said he wasn't, i just don't believe Gorges is a 3-4 on a contending team, on the habs yeah. However.... |

Tell the truth you are just trolling QP aren't you? In all the updates QP posted he is far and away the best Dman in the Q. If you believe QP's bullpoop i mean. |

More of a 5-6, but he's ok for the 2nd pair. |

Fair enough, the guy has heart, and gives effort, just very little skill. |

He's got great offensive skills, but the defensive part of his game is awful.
He can still mature. |

Agreed. If Beaulieu can keep improving into an offensive D, with Ellis and Tinordi, the Habs D will be much better in a few years with PK and Gorges on the team. |

That would be (frank)ing stupid to trade him. He wasn't as dominant as usual but trading Beaulieu after a bad memorial cup (which is his 2nd in 2 years btw) would be as stupid as trading Mcdonagh after a bad WJC like Gauthier suggested to Gainey. Really dumb.
Let the kid develop a year in Hamilton. His skating his Pro already, so is his vision and his PP play. He needs to be more intense in the D zone and get stronger. This guy can do it all, PP/PK/Fight/Hit.
It would be really, really stupid to get rid of him. We're not that close of being contenders to get rid of such a talented and top notch prospect.

No, I've been clear that Gormley was the best D in the CHL, let alone the 'Q. You're the one trolling me now. |

Ellis is better than Gorges is in the offensive zone. He already has an NHL shot, which Gorges doesn't have. And he's a better fighter and meaner along the boards. |

I hope they all pan out, only over the last decade or two i have seen people get way too excited over prospects only to watch them not reach their potential, mostly i blame the habs as an organization for their handling of the said prospects, so i am rather reserved about the next Orr or Gretzky being drafted by the habs. |

Trying to figure out when Canada became Nazi Germany. As I live in a country run by an actual "dictator" I thought I might chime in. He won, sorry, if you want him gone get it done next time. - AdamFrench

I'm not a Harper supporter but the way some people describe him is completly off and uncalled for. And if you go by some of the opinions here, if you vote conservative you're a gun carrying religious freak with no soul. - mr.peanut
No they just have different values. I like canadians, I just don't feel like I'm part of them.
Good thing people can still disagree on certain things and not start a fight/war nowadays.
For you it seems that if we someday separate from Canada, we're automatically an enemy. That couldn't be further from the truth. |

They have quality prospects on D, it's now up to the organization to develop them to the next level and make sure they are ready for the NHL. Can't say the same about the forwards, this year 1st rounder in VERY important, they can't (frank) things up with a bust. |

Well they did just that. Gives you an idea of how stupid and crazy that Bill is.
It's ironic in a way, because they passed a rule that was just the same. When you inspire russia for political decisions, it's that you're in deep deep trouble. |

I know, I'm just saying Ellis will be able to play on a 2nd wave and do more than pass it to another guy. He can shoot it alright
And he's no slouch when it comes to shot blocks either. |
