MVP of the Memorial Cup. Guy is a (frank)ing beast. - AdamFrench
Chaput is the MVP for me so far.
But yeah Gormley would deserve it too.
Beaulieu looked awful yesterday. Worst game I've seen him play in.
Hopefully this will be the kick in the butt he needed. He didn't try at all yesterday. No intensity, no hits, no effort.
Ellis looked like the 1st rounder while he looked like the 4th.
But hey poop happens. Guy was the best skater in the tournament, bar none. Best puck carrier too along the D's.
Most skilled D, while not as effective as Gormley or Ellis. Let's not forget those two are almost a year older, so we have to take that into account when we evaluate the performance.

Haha maybe man. Really disapointed by his performance yesterday.
Do you now believe me when I said Ellis deserved an invite to Team Canada this winter? They chose the all-star Gauthier-Leduc over him, who can't play defense to save his life.
But he's one of the best in the CHL to man the point. No way he was making the team. They brought him to please the fans |

Hey Frenchie, any idea who are the biggest names for the CHL import draft this year?

who the (frank)? - blarneylad
His game compares a lot to Mikael Granlund. Average size at 5'11 (or 5'10 depending on the source), but incredible hands. Has the talent to be a game changer in the NHL.
Guy went up fast in the rankings, some see him in the top5 right now. |

Would you trade Plek to Chicago for Hjalmarsson and a 1st?
(maybe another prospect or a pick coming back one way or the other)
Solidifies the defense and allows us to draft Matteau. - Dgrdnr
no. Hjalmarsson is so overpaid its scary. |
