À bien y penser, le Québec n'est même pas dans la constitution canadienne, c'est pas grave on fait partie de L'Organisation des Nations Unis, qui défendent le droit de manifester également.

Most immigrants learn english 1st because if they don't like it in QC, they will do what they always do, immigrate on, so why learn french 1st if you are not sure you are staying?

Well if you don't want to learn french, you're out. This is not a billingual province, it's a Francophone province. You can learn both, but you absolutely have to learn french, it's not even a question.
