that super cut look is achieved by dehydration I think. I remeber reading something about competition bodybuilders and how they gorge on water and then go brutal dehydration so that the skin is super tight against the muscles.

Not sure but I suspect it's something like that in this particular shot. I don't think Ive ever seen guys like GSP look like musculo-skeletal maps.
